I Am Trusted

This badge is intended to be a self-issued “meta” badge (a.k.a “milestone” badge). The holder of this badge claims to be trusted by others. As evidence of the trust others have placed in the holder, this badge contains “I Trust You” badges in its evidence section. “I Trust You” badges are issued from others and represent trust that those issuers have expressed for the recipient (i.e., the holder of the “I Am Trusted” badge) in a particular context.

This meta “I Am Trusted” badge is a proof of concept meant to demonstrate how a self-issued badge that uses informal recognition can nonetheless represent a credible and compelling claim.
