Badge earner either participated in an open mic session at The Badge Summit 2022, sharing war stories with peers, or was able to view the presentation deck. Earner then provided a reflection on lessons learned.

#### Session description _Adapted from the Badge Summit agenda_

When does “design fail” become design “opportunity”?

As much as sharing what works can be instructive and help bring out Best Practices, being public about our lessons learned can offer valuable insights so that others may avoid repeating our missteps.

This informal session invited participants to share their wonderings about predictable traps, and those with lessons already learned to tell the stories behind their bumps, bruises and scars.

Workshop content, including audience input is captured in this [Google Slide presentation](https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/11US2fm1UNRub3JmhIrXGsDbwlXV_bmu8hIXKYCWFFLU/edit?usp=sharing).

### Assessment This was a self-assessment using an online form with reflection prompts based on the structure of the session. See the link to evidence to view the completed form.
